A 6-week course utilizing meditation, journaling prompts, and mindfulness tools to help you develop a practice that works for your life and sticks for the long haul. You don’t have to do it alone. We do this work together over the course of the 6-weeks, in a cohort of other practitioners, boosting accountability and connection.
The LIVE cohort runs for six weeks every Thursday from 3:00pm - 4:15pm (EST) starting on November 7th. The last class will take place on December 19th, 2024.
