UJA Federation of New York
The Project: UJA Federation of New York: Leadership Development through Mindfulness and Deep Listening
Our Role: Program creation and facilitation
The Challenge: The challenge was to offer an immersive experience that would promote personal growth, mindfulness, and well-being among 20 senior leaders in the Jewish Professional world.
Solution: We addressed this by designing a one-day retreat that included mindfulness practices, deep listening exercises, and guided reflections to clarify leadership vision and values. The retreat successfully fostered personal insight and community cohesion, with participants praising the experience for its high value and effectiveness in helping them connect with their inner strengths and passions.
Participant Comments:

“This course taught me to be more present in my own everyday lives especially with my kids. My phone doesn’t need me “present” as much as my kids. Looking to figure out a way that can help me decompress my day and also be present for them.”
