Daily Guided Meditation: From February 17 to 21st, each day, you’ll receive a new meditation practice delivered right into your inbox, designed to help you release tension, reduce anxiety, and stay grounded. These meditations are easy to follow, even for beginners.
Bite-Sized Learning Videos: You’ll get access to short, digestible videos that break down powerful techniques you can start using immediately. No overwhelming theory—just simple, practical advice.
Daily Journal Prompts: To deepen your understanding and track your progress, you’ll receive journaling prompts designed to guide you through each day’s lesson and integrate what you’ve learned.
Accountability & Supportive Community: Join our private community group where you can share your experiences, ask questions, and cheer each other on. You’re not doing this alone—we’re in it together!
Live Group Coaching: At the end of the challenge, join a live group coaching session with me (Yael Shy) to reflect on your progress, ask questions, and learn how to maintain your new tools for lasting change. This will take place on Friday February 21, 2025 at 3pm EST.

Meet Your Instructor
Yael Shy is an award-winning author and the CEO of Mindfulness Consulting, an industry leader in mindfulness training and coaching. She has been featured in prominent media outlets such as Good Morning America, CBS News, Time Magazine, and Harvard Business Review. Yael has worked with a diverse range of clients, including major corporations like Proctor and Gamble and prestigious universities such as Columbia University and NYU.
With over 20 years of experience in Zen, Jewish, and secular meditation practices, Yael is deeply passionate about the transformative power of mindfulness. She draws from her extensive background to help individuals and organizations unlock their full potential and lead more connected, purposeful lives.
From Yael: Meditation changed my life when I was 19 years old and my anxiety had grown so out of control I was having 2-3 full-fledged panic attacks per week. Terrifying world events, social anxiety, and what felt like my hardwiring made it feel like I was doomed to a life of anxiety and panic, no matter how much I wished it were otherwise. I never thought I could find a way out of my pain. Through mindfulness, meditation and therapy, I did. Although I still get anxious, it no longer controls my life, stops me from connecting with others or taking risks. I have come to relate to my anxiety as a treasured part of my inner landscape, fueling me in my purpose and supporting my growth.
