Flourish: A Program in Mindfulness for Everyone

Join a transformative 12-week program open to all individuals seeking to cultivate greater mindfulness, resilience, and joy.

Life often presents challenges that can leave us feeling reactive, depleted, or burnt out. Whether navigating personal struggles or supporting others in their journeys, we can only lead and live effectively when we ourselves embody resilience, mindful awareness, and an abiding sense of connection.

Flourish offers you the space, tools, and supportive community to restore balance, reduce stress, and deepen self-awareness. Designed for people from all walks of life, this program will help you develop a mindfulness practice that allows you to approach life’s most difficult and most beautiful moments with clarity, compassion, and presence.

This program helps you build and strengthen a mindfulness practice to support yourself and others through LIVE weekly coaching, instructional videos, guided meditations, and journaling prompts. The final weeks are devoted to guiding you as you prepare and lead meditations, empowering you to bring mindfulness practices into any setting—whether at work, in your community, or in your personal life.

Whether you are a teacher, caregiver, leader, or someone looking to enrich your life, Flourish is designed to help you access a stable source of resilience, awareness, and joy.

This program runs from March 6th - May 22nd, Thursdays 3-4:30pm.
