Isabel Mata’s essays and reporting on mindfulness & wellbeing have appeared in publications like Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, Wondermind, and Bustle, among others. She is a frequent guest on Seattle King5 and is the host of the podcast “Being Yourself Loudly.” In addition to her writing, she serves as the Director of Outreach at Mindfulness Consulting, where she utilizes her Flourish certification to promote well-being. Through her work, Isabel empowers others to embrace their authentic selves and navigate the complexities of mental health with compassion and resilience.

All you need is a notebook, a pen, and an open mind! Bringing a few pitch ideas or topics you'd like to write about can also be helpful, but it's not required. We'll provide all the materials for the mindfulness exercises, writing activities, and journaling prompts.
