Listening Labs is the premier peer-listening program created by Mindfulness Consulting used at universities and workplaces across the country, including New York University, University of Hawaii at Hilo, and Quinnipiac University. About Mindfulness Consulting

Mindfulness Consulting began when CEO and founder Yael Shy, author of the award-winning book, What Now? Meditation for Your Twenties and Beyond (Parallax, 2017) wanted to use her passion for well-being and decades of experience to support individuals and collectives in uncovering their inherent worth and capacity for deep joy.

Yael founded Mindful NYU, the largest campus-based meditation program in the country, and has been featured in Good Morning America, Time Magazine, and Harvard Business Review as a leading expert in the modern mindfulness movement.
